Following the sold out success of our first Matter Whole Foods Saturday Fermenting Club ‘#1 KIMCHI’, we’re delighted to be offering the next instalment – #2 SAUERKRAUT!

You will meet like-minded folk and be guided through the process of making your own pro-biotic superfood by Matter’s owner and in-house “Fermenter In Chief” Jon Aron.

Workshop price (£20) includes glass mason jar, organic ingredients and all the ‘know-how’ – plus, you’ll leave with 750g (approx) of your own Sauerkraut.

Organic drinks, cakes, seasonal salad bar and hot food also available, so why not come early for lunch?!
